Free shipping on orders over $100 USD, anywhere in Haiti. Typical delivery: 2–5 business days depending on destination. In Bombardopolis and surrounding areas, delivery within 24h or in-boutique pickup. For more remote zones, we work with trusted partner carriers.

All orders to the US ship from our Houston, Texas warehouse. Typical delivery: 3–7 business days via DHL or USPS Priority. Shipping calculated at checkout — free over $150 USD.

Shipping available to Canada, France, and the Dominican Republic. Delivery: 7–14 business days. Customs duties and local taxes are the recipient's responsibility — we provide a commercial invoice.

You receive an email upon order confirmation, then a second with tracking number once your package ships. For US diaspora, the DHL number is traceable in real time.

Each piece is wrapped in our signature cream and gold pouch with tissue paper. Orders over $200 USD include a handwritten note — let us know in notes if it's a gift.
