All prices are shown in US dollars (USD), with an approximate gourde (HTG) figure at the current exchange rate for reference. Prices and product availability may change without notice. We do our best to keep product information accurate, but occasional errors may occur; if we discover an error in the price of an item you ordered, we will contact you before proceeding.
Orders are reserved when placed and confirmed once payment is received. We currently accept direct payment by Zelle, MonCash, and cash. After you order, we send you payment details; your order ships or is prepared for pickup once we confirm the payment against your order number. Full details are in our Store Policy.
Items are subject to availability. In-stock orders are prepared for delivery across Haiti or for pickup at our boutique in Bombardopolis. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund.
